Teams of 4–8 individuals will partner with long-term workers, covering unreached cities in prayer, modeling Christian community, and discerning spiritual dynamics. The initiative will require humility, flexibility, and Spirit-led engagement, aiming to extend the reach of gospel efforts in one of the least evangelized regions of the world. Participants are expected to be vessels of worship, revelation, and relationship-building as they prepare the soil for long-term ministry.
Qualifications
- Flexibility and initiative. Goers must have a willingness to enter cities with loose plans and adapt to local hospitality.
- Spiritual discernment. The ability to seek and receive insight from the Holy Spirit regarding the city’s spiritual atmosphere.
- Christian community living. Model biblical love and unity through daily team interactions and willingness to peacefully resolve conflict.
- Cultural humility. Goers must have respect for local customs and eagerness to learn from the host culture, reflecting Christ-like humility.
What to Expect
- Strategically pray for peace, transformation, and Gospel readiness in the cities. Initiate conversations with potential people of peace who are open to the Gospel and can influence their communities.
- Prepare cities spiritually for future ministry by sharing your unique insights with our field teams.
- Build a spiritual map of the city, noting areas of influence, brokenness, and enemy strongholds.
- Model Kingdom living by declaring Jesus’ authority and speaking blessings over the city and its people.
