An established Frontiers team is seeking three to four teachers with degrees and experience in education, TESOL, curriculum development, English, or a related field to help redesign an ESL curriculum for locals.
Qualifications
- Born-again believer and follower of Christ
- Part of a Christian community that includes discipleship for at least 6 months
- Have a Masters in curriculum development or 2+ years of experience in teaching English or 2+ years of experience teaching ESL/TESOL
- Ability to work with a team to develop an English curriculum for a public school system
- Teachable spirit and open to guidance from long-term workers
- Desire to support and help long-term workers
- Desire to serve the Lord through actions
- Understanding that your work will be part of a long-term ministry that may not bear immediate spiritual fruit
- Team player and encourager of teammates
- Able to endure stressful situations with grace
Expectations
- Team meetings prior to arrival to discuss the project
- Possible meetings with local Ministry of Education
- Working with team to develop curriculum in country
- Occasional cultural outings
- Possibility for future trips to assist with implementation

God is relentlessly pursing the lost, and He’s inviting you to join Him.
Qualifications

- Sent by a local church
- Creative
- Flexible when experiencing unexpected changes
- Open to learning about the culture and respectful of the lifestyle of locals
Expectations
- 40-hour work week
- Train local workers in new technologies
- Develop innovation projects
- 10 hours of language class (optional)

Youth Camp
Balkans
Date: May 31–August 5, 2025 • Cost: To be determined • Status: Open
We are looking for two men and two women to help with a dynamic youth camp (ages 6-17). During the summer, you’ll explore the beautiful region through prayer walks, lead children and teens at a nature camp, begin to learn the local language and culture, and be mentored by an experienced missionary and local believer.
Qualifications
- At least 20 years old
- Born-again believer for more than 2 years
- Active in a local church for more than 1 year
- Work or camp experience
- Team player and encourager of teammates
- Able to endure stressful situations with grace
- Able to tolerate hot temperatures outdoors
Expectations
- Participate in local house church gatherings
- Serve alongside local believers in hosting nature day camps for children and teens
- Help the local church connect with families in the community
- Prayer walks in 3 different communities in the region
- Represent Christ in our community as you humbly learn some language, history, and culture
- Participate in group mentoring
- Serve through camp maintenance, lawn care, gardening, hospitality, and clean up
- Take a break from your devices—camp is a device-free zone
