Frontiers is a mission agency working to reach Muslims. Our goal is simple—with love and respect, invite all Muslim peoples to follow Jesus.
Join a team or start a new work among some of the least-reached Muslim peoples in the world.
Frontiers gives workers the freedom to try new things, live out their ministry style, and pioneer new fields.
Our priority is bringing the Good News to the least-reached Muslim peoples—populations that have no viable, sustainable Gospel witness in their midst.
Everything we do contributes toward planting healthy, reproducing churches through teams of disciples who make more disciples among Muslims.
We seek to be full of grace toward one another within biblical parameters. We honor different convictions about theological emphases and ministry approaches.
Team leaders make decisions for their own context and, collectively, for the organization. Responsibility for ministry effectiveness is taken by those closest to the action.
Our teams serve together with a common vision for a region and the freedom to adopt and pursue locally appropriate strategies.
We are dedicated to lifelong learning, mentoring, and upgrading.
Ready to go all in?
Join a Frontiers team serving long-term among an unreached Muslim people group.
As part of a team, you’ll work together to make disciples, plant churches, and bring lasting kingdom transformation.
It’s a huge task, but take heart! God is already in these places preparing the hearts and minds of the people—He simply invites us to join Him.
The cost is high, but Jesus is worth it.
By signing up, you're simply expressing interest in learning more about long-term service and the process involved in applying.
Whether you ultimately end up applying is up to you!
At Frontiers, long-term missions looks like living, working, and being a part of a team in a Muslim majority community, with the goal of seeing disciples made and churches formed in a way that can be ultimately reproduced without our own direct efforts.
How we go about doing those things looks differently depending on the team and the field, but sustainable, reproducing fruit is the goal.
Practically, how long we end up serving depends on individual circumstances and how God leads, but the goal is to be there long enough to see sustainable fruit formed.
Our workers often go with a mindset of “as long as it takes” or “as long as we’re able.”
On the mission field, particularly among the unreached and unengaged, there’s no guarantee of “success” and there’s an enemy ready and waiting to oppose you.
With that in mind, we want to be people who are humble learners—people who rely more on God than ourselves.
We want to be people who can stay rooted in Him, even when things feel dry and deserted, and people who can remain faithful regardless of the outcome.
We don’t expect anyone to fully embody these characteristics, but we want to be people are pursuing them.

Want to see if you have what it takes?
Go short-term to a Muslim-majority country and discover if you are called to missions in the Muslim world!
Going on a short-term trip is a great way to confirm if God is calling you to serve long-term.

Join us for an Arabic Learning Internship in the Middle East.
For six weeks, you will learn the foundations of the Arabic language, build deep friendships with local Christians and Muslims, and discover if you are called to missions in the Muslim world.
Statistics show that workers who learn the language fluently are ten times more likely to see churches planted. Learning a language will better prepare you for the most important calling of a lifetime.
At the end of your six weeks, it's our goal that you will have a clear answer to one of the most important questions: "Has God called me to missions?"

See you on the frontier!
Have you ever looked at a picture of a crowded street in India and wondered, “Could I really live there?”
Why not try it and find out?
It’s sometimes hard to imagine yourself in a totally foreign context because there are so many unknowns, but by going short-term you get an up close look at how it works.
You may be surprised at just how “cut out for it” you are.
Another benefit of our short-term trips is they’re hosted by our long-term workers. That means you’ll get to peek into their lives and get a picture of what yours could be like.
Not only will you get to see where they live and work, how the team operates, and how they interact with their Muslim friends, but you’ll get to try these things out for yourself.
